Translation
(Pharaoh) said, “verily, this Messenger that has been sent to you is certainly mad.”
Tafsir
Pharaoh again turned to his companions and said, "This messenger of yours is surely mad." He could not digest the fact that Hadrat Musa and Hadrat Harun had come to him as messengers. He showed the messengers of Prophet Moses and Prophet Aaron to those who were with him and said to them, "These messengers who have come to you are surely mad.
Pharaoh's saying such a thing means that Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm' had grown up with Pharaoh. Pharaoh, who claimed godhood, did not expect such words from Hazrat Musa 'alaihis-salâm'. In this case, he wanted to let his subjects know that Musa 'alaihis-salâm' was not in his right mind. In this respect, he ignored him and said that he was crazy. He also said that he was mad because he knowingly denied the Truth and had nothing to say.
What is said in the video
We have come to verse 27 of Surah Ash-Shu'ara.
Pharaoh said: This messenger of yours who has been sent to you is surely mad. Who says it? Pharaoh. About Moses. To whom does he say it? To those around him. "This messenger of yours who has been sent to you" – he does not accept him for himself now. Had he said "to us", he would be taking them all in along with himself. He said: This messenger of yours who has been sent to you is surely mad.
Pharaoh, again turning to those beside him: This messenger of yours who has been sent to you is surely mad, he said. Moses and Aaron (peace be upon them) coming to him as messengers was something he could not stomach. Pointing out the messengership of Moses and Aaron to those beside him, addressing them, he said: These messengers who have come to you are surely mad. Did they not say it of the Prophet too? They called him majnun. They called him mad. Madmen, that is. Well. Whatever the wisdom in it, our Lord too always, from such want, such (?) ones – sends the prophets from among these. Yes.
As for Pharaoh saying this: earlier, Moses (peace be upon him) had grown up at Pharaoh's side. Pharaoh, who claimed to be a god, does not expect such words from Moses (peace be upon him). So he wants to let his subjects know that Moses (peace be upon him) is not in his right mind. For that reason, not taking him seriously, he said: This man is mad. Also, since he knowingly denied the truth and had no word left to say, he said this man is mad.
Nothing is left anymore. He says: This one is mad. Once you say mad, there is no verdict on a madman either. So, on his own, he has also let him off for this. So how beautifully Allah Almighty, from his own mouth, has him give the (?) of this.
