Translation

To make a determined issue happen, when you faced them, Allah was showing them in your eyes as few and you as few in their eyes. All matters return to Allah.

Tafsir

Allah Ta'ala completes the course of the worlds as a result of His program, in order to fulfill a work that is going to happen, by making both sides look less in the eyes of each other in wars and battlefields, by making them fight, by removing those who will die among them or who will be an obstacle to Islam, and by making the course of the worlds complete according to the covenants that people have made, so that they can live up to these covenants.

All affairs return to Allah. Whoever has made a covenant with Allah, people live out this covenant in the realm of property within the scope of causes, and give an account to Allah for every iota of good and every iota of evil they have done. Because every work done, the movement, desire and will of every living being, every inanimate thing created, and all this creation has been created with Allah's knowledge and power. Every work is programmed. Allah is aware of every particle of the universe. Since the creatures are also mortal, it says that all affairs return to Allah.

What is said in the video

Verse 4: Surah Al-Anfal, the 44th verse. To accomplish a matter that was to be, Allah — that is, the programmed worlds — Allah Almighty, to accomplish a matter that was to come from these worlds He programmed, when you met on the battlefield, showed them as few in your eyes. That is, at the Battle of Badr He showed those polytheists to the Muslim army as few, although they were very numerous.

And He made you few in their eyes. In their eyes too He made the Muslim army few, so that they would not flee from battle, so that the battle would happen and what was to happen there would happen. So that the way of Islam would open, the heads of the polytheist armies would be cut off, and finally the way of Islam would open. All matters return to Allah, it says. Of course, since Allah Almighty, the owner of the universe, did not create His creatures aimlessly, the end of every matter will return to Allah. That is, everyone will know that they are responsible to Allah Almighty, and so that this human, who seems to be left aimless in the world, grasps that at the Great Court he will be called to account, it says the end of every matter returns to Allah.

Yes, all matters return to Allah. Indeed, every soul will taste death and finally your return is to Me, says Allah Almighty.

Allah Almighty, to accomplish a matter that is to happen as a result of the program of the worlds, in wars, on battlefields, by showing each side as few in the other's eyes, making them fight, and having those who will die in their affairs or would hinder Islam removed, so that, according to the covenants people gave, they can live out these covenants, He has the course of the worlds completed. Allah Almighty the events to come — for the religion of Islam will march over the whole world. Since He gathered the Torah, the Psalms and the Gospel in the Quran, and no prophet will come again, together with the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad, whom He sent as a mercy to the worlds (peace be upon him), so that he could make the Quran, that is, the religion of Islam, known to the worlds, of course He will give help to His religion.

Allah Almighty — all matters return to Allah. Whatever covenant anyone gave to Allah, people, within the means of these covenants, living in the great world, for the atom's weight of good and atom's weight of evil they did give account in the presence of Allah. Because every deed done and every living being's stirring, desire and wish, every lifeless thing created, and this universe were created with Allah's knowledge and power. Every deed done is programmed. Allah Almighty is aware of every particle of the universe. And since the created are perishable, He declares that all matters return to Allah.

All matters will of course return to Allah.

Allah Almighty's creating the worlds, being aware of every particle of them, every particle remembering Allah Almighty, and — that there is no god but Allah — Allah Almighty, by making His creatures remember His essence, by making them remember whichever of His majestic names He will, emphasizes that there is no god but Allah. By remembering Allah in those created living and lifeless things, that there is no god but Allah He both symbolizes, and also through the signals they emit, their states and movements, their stirrings, in our Lord (?) moment by moment (?). Yes. In this case, that He is aware of all beings, mighty over His creatures, and that He created nothing in vain, that He runs all the worlds in order and harmony and has programmed them — how beautifully He tells us this with His verses.
