Al-Anfal 60: As much as your strength permits, prepare horses for war against them that are tied and fed. With them, you will instill fear in those who are enemies against Allah and against you and in those who you do not know but whom Allah knows. That which you spend in Allah’s path will be paid back to you without any loss and you will not suffer injustice.

As much as your strength permits, prepare horses for war against them that are tied and fed. With them, you will instill fear in those who are enemies against Allah and against you and in those who you do not know but whom Allah knows. That which you spend in Allah’s path will be paid back to you without any loss and you will not suffer injustice.
Tafsir
Allah (swt) commands Muslims to be constantly vigilant and prepared against their enemies with this verse. Why does Allah (swt) command Muslims to be fully equipped against their enemies? Because the non-Muslims do not recognize Allah and His Messenger and do not listen to the commands of Allah (swt), and their work and power is to create mischief on the earth, to indulge in drinking, gambling and fornication, to lower morals, to live according to their own desires, and to cause mischief on the earth by doing what even Satan fears Allah and does not do. If the earth were governed and governed only according to their will, the world would be uninhabitable today. Allah does not recommend immorality. With the existence of Islam, Allah (swt) stabilizes the world, spreads truth and justice, and sustains this universe for the sake of a handful of Muslims, according to the verse (Allah will make His light complete).
This is what Islam means when it says, "Prepare horses for Islam," in order to give life to mankind by arming them with the most modern weapons according to the age, and by frightening their enemies with these weapons, so that they will not make a sound, and by the availability of knowledge and science in every age as long as the world lasts.
The word of Allah is both the manifest and the subtle. The time will come when the weapons will not explode. We have mentioned this event in detail in the previous Verses and it is useful to mention it briefly here. Allah, Who created the universe with knowledge, has connected everything to knowledge. He rotates the earth around its axis with the magnet masses He has placed at the north and south poles of the earth. In addition, these magnets create a magnetic field, which makes radio devices work, compass events occur and weapons such as bombing desired targets through satellites are being made today. There will come a time when the sun's ultraviolet rays will erase the magnetism at the north pole, and when the earth's rotation around its axis reaches zero, the sun will set in the west and rise in the west. With the erasure of this magnetism, people will no longer be able to hit targets with radio devices and satellites. Weapons will no longer be able to explode. In this case, it will be up to the horses again.
We said that Allah (swt) has programmed the universe with a program, and Allah (swt) tells us about these programs He has programmed with verses in parts.
Allah (swt) also gives good news to those who believe in Allah and have faith that whatever they spend in the way of Allah will be given to them in full. The worldly wealth that a person earns is when his soul tastes death and he leaves his wealth and property in the world. But if he spends it in the way of Allah for the sake of Allah, then he has transferred it to the Hereafter.
Because Allah is just, whoever spends in the way of Allah out of the wealth that Allah has bestowed upon him and helps the religion of Islam, in the Hereafter they will be given exactly what they spent in this world. And they will never be wronged.
What is said in the video
Surah Al-Anfal, verse 60 Against them, that is, the enemies, prepare as much strength as you can, and horses tethered and fed for jihad. Prepare horses. So the horse has a distinct function in every era. In every era. A time will come when we will need the horse.
So, for Allah Almighty's word to remain forever, I draw your attention here. Because we said the verses are very important. That is, the meanings in them are important. For Allah Almighty's word to remain eternal, pre-eternal and from the first, He shows us horses as an example. He does not give the airplane as an example, nor the missile, nor striking from a satellite either. Why? Their end will come. "But you said Allah strikes by satellite, and now He can't." "So what do I do now?" — so that no one says that, the horse. Before too, when there was no such technology, there was the horse, and in the end, when this technology ends, the horse will continue.
But how will this technology end, Hodja? Very simple, very simple. The world is heading toward (?). It is heading toward the end point of technology. The ozone layer tearing, the sun's ultraviolet rays (?) the magnetism at the North Pole, the world turning incompletely on its axis — with these compasses will go haywire. Compasses will go haywire. Satellites will become unable to do their job, and finally the Dajjal's head will be cut off.
Just look at that. The Dajjal. Who is the Dajjal? The one-eyed monster. What is it? Televisions. Televisions.
How is television the Dajjal? Those who operate it. This mechanism will be taken from their hands. They will no longer be able to communicate via satellite or strike wherever they want. So, for the eternity of His word, Allah Almighty, so that it can't be said "Allah said this, but now it doesn't exist," gives us horses as an example. I suppose this part is now understood this way too. Why does He mention horses? So: against them, the enemies, prepare as much strength as you can, and horses tethered and fed for jihad.
With it, Allah's enemy,
your enemy — this is a wrongly interpreted verse. We have corrected them. It says "Allah's enemy." Allah is no one's enemy. Those hostile to Allah, those hostile to Allah, your enemy, and others besides them whom you do not know but Allah knows, hostile people, you will frighten. Whatever you spend in Allah's way will be repaid to you in full. You will never be wronged. Yes.
With this verse, Allah Almighty commands the Muslims to be constantly alert and prepared against their enemies. What is the reason? Why does He command this? Aren't they servants of Allah, who created them?
Then isn't Allah Almighty committing injustice here, by favoring Islam?
Allah Almighty supports the following verse.
They thought they would extinguish Allah's light with their mouths (?). Allah will complete His light until the Day of Judgment, He says. With whom will He complete it? With whom will He complete it? With the scholars He has raised and the people who live Islam; to those who would wipe out the light of Islam, in keeping with His word, as a slap to them, He commands these things to the Muslims. And He programs the worlds accordingly. You cannot find any deficiency in what Allah has created and said.
Yes. Why does Allah Almighty command the Muslims to be fully equipped against their enemy? Since non-Muslims do not acknowledge Allah and His Messenger, since they do not heed Allah Almighty's commands, their aim, with their inner selves and strength, is to stir up corruption on earth, to be steeped in evils like alcohol, gambling and adultery, to bring morality down, to live by their own selves, and, by doing what even Satan does not do out of fear of Allah, to drown the earth in strife. Strife.
This too supports the verse I just mentioned, that in this way they try to extinguish Allah's light on earth. But Allah Almighty will complete His light until the Day of Judgment. Yes. If the earth were governed and directed only according to their wishes, today the world would have become unlivable. Allah does not recommend immorality. Allah Almighty, through the existence of Islam, maintains the world's balance, has truth and justice spread, and for the sake of a handful of Islam, Allah will complete His light. According to the verse, He keeps this universe standing. Yes.
(?) By saying to Islam, "You, prepare (?) horses," as long as the world stands, in every era, with the discovery of knowledge and science, it is for them to arm themselves with the most modern weapons of the age, and, by frightening their enemies with these weapons, making them make a sound (?), for Him to grant life to people. Allah Almighty's word is both outward and inward. A time will come when a state will appear in which weapons won't fire. As I said a moment ago.
We discussed this event in detail in previous verses. It is useful to touch on it briefly here too. We said that Allah Almighty, who created the universe with knowledge, has bound everything with knowledge. With the magnet masses He placed at the north and south poles of the earth, He turns the world on its own axis. Also, through these magnets creating a magnetic field, radio devices work, compass (?) come about, and by means of satellites weapons such as those bombing desired targets are made today. A time will come when the sun's ultraviolet rays will erase the magnetism at the North Pole, and when the world's rotation on its own axis reaches zero, the sun's setting in the west and rising from the west will come about.
With the erasure of this magnetism, people striking targets by means of radio devices and satellites, by their means, will come to an end. So weapons will have stopped firing. In that case, the task will again fall to horses. To horses. We said Allah Almighty programmed the universe with a program. Allah Almighty tells us, piece by piece in verses, about these programs He has programmed. Also, Allah Almighty, to those who believe in Allah and have faith, that whatever they spend in Allah's way will be given back to them in full — He must give this good news. The worldly wealth one earns: when the human self tastes death, he leaves his wealth and property to the world, in the world. But if he spends this wealth he earned for Allah, in Allah's way, then he will have transferred the wealth he earned to the hereafter.
Yes.
Since Allah Almighty is just, whoever, in Allah's way, spends from the wealth Allah bestowed on him and helps the religion of Islam — in the hereafter what they spent in the world is given to them in full, and they are never wronged. And moreover, Allah Almighty, out of His own grace, to people grants bounty.
